The Davidson College Letterpress Lab is a space for student learning, faculty collaboration, and aesthetic production. As an experiential and interdisciplinary venture, the Lab seeks to introduce students to the historical context and contemporary applications of letterpress, especially as it intersects with the liberal arts curriculum.
In these pursuits, the Lab actively seeks campus collaborators, including Special Collections and Archives at the E.H. Little Library, Studio M (the campus makerspace), Technology and Innovation, and various departments and programs across the college.
To tour the space, develop a project, or plan a class module, please contact Dr. Andrew Rippeon at anrippeon_at_davidson.edu.
